Organisational Structure

The philosophy behind the structure of Artists Anonymous is to create a robust and decentralised organisation which can provide a large number of events and services for our members, with the minimum amount of centralised administration and financial risk to the organisation.
This is achieved by outsourcing the running of all of our events to a partner organisation or individual, who takes on the administration and financial risk involved in organising the events in return for an agreed percentage of the income they generate. Members are encouraged to initiate new projects based around Artists Anonymous’s aims and objectives. Members are also encouraged to get involved as volunteers to help organise our events on the ground. This group of volunteers will then provide a pool of future partners to take on the running of our events. There should be no structural limit to the amount of projects Artists Anonymous can deliver.
